The Partnership advocated strongly for the Legislature and the Governor to restore the Shore Protection Fund to its dedicated funding level of $25 million. The Jersey Shore tourism economy contributes $19 billion a year to the state - one-half the total tourism revenue. Protection and restoration of our beaches is key to the shore communities economies.
